Processing of Orders

We are committing to ensuring you receive the best service as possible.

We have a Standard processing time of 24-48hrs prior to the shipment of orders except with express day delivery orders (Mon-Fri)

The processing timeframe may be extended during holidays or sales.

Please note: If you need to make any changes to your order/details it must be made within 24hrs of your order being made. Any requests to change an order after 24hrs may be honoured at our discretion provided your order has not been shipped out. This may not be possible with express delivery unless the change is made within 4hrs.

Any incorrect billing information and/or shipping address given may result in your order being being delayed. You may be contacted via email and phone to verify details. Please note that if your order has been dispatched to the incorrect address and sent back, you will be required to pay another delivery fee.

Tracking Information

Once we have shipped out your order we will update your tracking number. Confirmation of posting and tracking information will be sent via email. Please check your junk mail box as sometimes it diverts there. The delivery times given are working days so weekends are not included in the times. If you have not received your order by the latest delivery date please contact us by email. Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries.

UK Deliveries

Here are a list of our delivery options and their delivery time information:

Our Express delivery service offers a 1-2 day delivery (Week-days only; orders placed Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery) Orders must be placed before 12pm and exclude orders made on public holidays and weekends. It covers England, Wales and southern Scotland. Next Day Delivery is £7.99. Deliveries are tracked and will require a signature upon receipt . If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card unless arranged with courier to leave in a safe place.

Royal Mail Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 5-7 working days for Lace tints and accessories. Hair wig orders/ custom items take 5-10 working days prior to dispatch. Orders must be placed before 5pm. Deliveries are carried out Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays). Standard Delivery is £5.49 Deliveries are recorded and you will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.

Please note that with all of the Express day delivery services we use, we can only guarantee that they arrive within 1-2 days after you make your purchase . please note that this is not a next day delivery service.

International Delivery- Europe and USA

Note: Please check customs process in your country before ordering as customers are fully liable for their own customs charges.

International Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 5-7 working for Europe and 7-10 working days for USA days from the moment your order has been paid for in full. Orders must be placed before 6pm.
International Delivery costs £12.00 for Europe and £15.00 for USA.
Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Our couriers deliver during normal business hours and. A signature may be required upon receipt. These deliveries are tracked and a tracking number will be sent when order is dispatched.
Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. Diamond Diva are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
Please note that orders will not be delivered on any public holiday dates in your country. On these occasions delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.

International Delivery - Rest of the World (subject to delivery services)

Express international services via DHL are available and are available Monday to Friday and it takes 5-7 working days once the payment has been processed. The order will be dispatched the next day unless it is a custom wig order which will take 5-10 working days prior to dispatch.
- Express international delivery cost £35.00 rest of the world and £20.00 for the USA
